Marc Vinson

HEAD OF SHAREHOLDER SERVICES – ASIA

Mr. Vinson is the Head of Shareholder Services – Asia for the Adviser. He is responsible for prospective investor relations and shareholder services for international investors in the Fund.

Mr. Vinson has more than 16 years of experience in international business and product development. He joined InterOil Corporation in 2009 as a Special Projects Coordinator. Mr. Vinson was the lead member of a successful international oil and gas transaction with a value of $350 million. Currently, Mr. Vinson supports the Adviser in corporate development, international acquisitions, and upstream project development.

Mr. Vinson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.
