Sterling Mulacek

DIRECTOR AND CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Mr. Mulacek is a Director and the Chief Administrative Officer of the Adviser and serves as the primary contact for Fund investor services. His responsibilities include oversight of the administrative operations of the Fund, including new subscriptions, treasury operations, investor relations, the execution of trades, and portfolio management.

Mr. Mulacek has over 10 years of experience in energy exploration and production. He has worked in technical operations associated with drilling, completion, and production. He actively manages the technical operations teams and supports the family office portfolio, Petroleum Independent and Exploration Corporation (PIE Corp).

Mr. Mulacek holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
