David Vance

GENERAL COUNSEL

Mr. Vance is a senior finance and corporate attorney and CFA charter holder with more than 35 years of experience in the U.S. and Asia. As a former partner with two major U.S. law firms, David acted for some of the world’s largest financial and infrastructure institutions in complex, first-of-its-kind transactions, including numerous “Deals of the Year” for Asia. Mr. Vance also advised the sponsors of large hedge funds and private equity funds and was recognized as a leading lawyer for project finance in Japan.

David holds an A.B. from Stanford University and received his J.D. (with honors) from the University of Texas School of Law. He is a member of the New York and California bars.
