Kelli Gillespie

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Mrs. Gillespie serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of the Adviser. Her primary responsibilities include financial operations, investor relations, regulatory, and administrative activities. She has nearly two decades of accounting experience.

Concurrently, Mrs. Gillespie serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Houston Energy Advisors, LLC (HEA), the advisor to Energy Special Situation Funds (ESS Funds), an energy private equity firm with $350 million peak capital. She has also worked at Continental Airlines in their Financial Reporting (SEC) department, where she helped develop and implement the airline’s accounting derivative program. She began her career in the assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor of Investment Management and Financial Services.

Mrs. Gillespie is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She also has a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Sam Houston State University and a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University
